Important Safety Retrofit SAFETY RECALL 30- or 36-inch wide wood-burning in-wall fireplaces installed after
January 1, 2003. The rating plate at the bottom right corner of each
fireplace contains "CFM Corporation" and the model and serial
numbers. Instructions that come with the fireplace have the product
name "Sequoia." If you have one of these fireplaces, stop using it and
check the rating plate
for the model number. If you have an affected model, note the serial number
